Spinning: An excellent class to increase fitness levels, power and strength. Each participant has their own bike which they control and can adjust intensity and speed.
Tae-bo: A mixture of kick-boxing, martial arts and aerobic moves combined into one class, a high tempo class good for toning the legs, hips and arms.
Pilates: Is a great class for improving core strength and mobility. Mainly floor based exercises.
Flexible Strength: This class focuses on functional strength and flexibility, its excellent class to improve posture and flexibility.
Aerobics: A multi-tempo class ranging from high to low impact moves using weight bar to add resistance.
