What is the Pilates Course?
This is a challenging mat-work class (6 week - 2 half hour classes per week) suitable for men and women who wish to improve their core strength & stability without developing bulky muscles.
Excellent for toning up all areas of the body whilst providing greater flexibility & restoring correct postural alignment.

Beginner course - Monday & Friday
Duration: 6 weeks in total, 2 days a week.
30 minutes per session.

Intermediate course - Tuesday & Thursday
Duration: 6 weeks in total, 2 days a week.
30 minutes per session.
Starts: Tuesday, 20th of April
Time: 12.05 – 12.35
Class taught by qualified instructor.
